What data do we collect?

On our website

Our website is hosted by Vercel in the United States.

We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to better understand how our visitors are using the site, in an anonymized way.

When you want to test our trial package, you need to provide an email address that gets validated using a confirmation link. We need your email address for identification purposes, anti-abuse verification and to get in touch with you when we make critical changes to our products.

We send emails using Amazon SES. You can check the Amazon Privacy Policy here.

Our newsletter is delivered using Mailgun, an US based email delivery service. You can check the Mailgun Privacy Policy here.

When you register a free account, you need to accept our Terms and Conditions.

On our Panels

Our panels are deployed with Hetzner, a German cloud hosting service. Hetzner Privacy Policy. When you log in the panel, we collect your IP address and log in date. We use this information to improve your account safety and detect suspicious activity.

On our APIs

Our API infrastructure is deployed with DigitalOcean in two datacenters: New York and Frankfurt. Here’s the DigitalOcean Privacy Policy.

When you send a request to our API, we store the query with all the parameters. We use this to improve our service and detect sites that are not working properly with our service.

We do not store the response from the targets you are trying to scrape.

Customer/Financial transaction information

If you’re happy with our service during the trial period and you want to become a paying customer, we will collect your name, company name, billing address and VAT number.

We use Paddle, a complete payments, tax, and subscriptions solution for SaaS,  to process our payments, and generate invoices.

Because we are an incorporated company, we share the transactions data with our accountants and with the Romanian tax authority when we pay our VAT and fill the annual tax return.

Data deletion

We will delete your personal data upon request. Please note that, for paying customers, we may need to keep some personal data for legal or business purposes.

Feel free to use the contact form to request data deletion.
